NOA-61

NOA-61 is a clear, colorless one-component adhesive that cures using UV light and fully complies with the requirements of the MIL-A-3920 standard and was developed for the best possible bonding of glass surfaces, metals and fiberglass. The excellent adhesion combined with a low shrinkage rate result in an excellent bond with this fine adhesive even under changing environmental conditions. In view of the viscosity of this adhesive, large-area elements can be bonded without the formation of disruptive air bubbles.

Curing time

Pre-curing:
At room temperature of 22 ° C using long-wave UV light (350-380 nm, 100 watt) approx. 25 mm above the elements for approx. 10 seconds

Full-curing:
At room temperature of 22 ° C using long-wave UV light (350-380 nm, 100 watt) approx. 25 mm above the elements for approx. 1 hour
