Tebolit 2-K adhesive

TEBOLIT 2-K is a 2-component epoxy adhesive, and is primarily used as a temporary
Glue or protective varnish.

Usage

TEBOLIT 2-K is used with:

• Polishing lenses and prisms
• Glass and ceramic processing
• Protective varnish for glass processing
• Cutting and dicing in the semiconductor industry

Curing

Mixing ratio by weight resin: hardener 2: 1
Processing time 10 minutes
Hand strength after 4 hours at 25 ° C
Completely hardened after 24 h at 25 ° C

Separate and remove

TEBOLIT 2-K is removed by placing the component in hot water. The minimum temperature is 80 ° C. At 90 ° C the separation takes place within seconds. The fixing adhesive is removed without leaving any residue and can be removed from the bathroom as a film. The separation can also take place at 140 ° C in the temperature cabinet.
