SUPOSIL OV Series

The cerium oxide based polishing powders of the SUPOSIL OV - series are suitable for a large range of different applications and processes. They can be used for brush lubrication or in circulation systems.

SUPOSIL OV 60, 70 and 80 are designed for pre-polishing applications of micro, plano and lens optics.

SUPOSIL OV 90 for pre- and final polishing has been developed for processing with particularly high pressure.

All product variations can be used in combination with our polishing pitches, polishing felts and various polyurethane pads.

Recommended concentration

When using the polishing agents in precision optics, we recommend a starting concentration of 40-100 g / liter (circulation system) or 150-250 g / liter (brush lubrication).

The optimum values must be determined empirically under operating conditions.
